窓ガラスに貼ることを想定して、運転時に極力目障りになりにくいように裏面を黒で印刷しています。
すなわち、最初に透明の糊層を印刷した後、一度黒色を印刷しています。
次に調色した各色が黒地のせいで変色しないように下地色を印刷してから各色を印刷しています。
その次にホログラムフレークを印刷して、最後にUVカットクリアーを印刷した、合計６層構造の拘りステッカーです。
メインの大きなステッカーの施工方法は、はさみマークの点線に沿ってシートをカットし、Parfum文字の上下にあるトンボガイドがセンターにくるように貼り付けます。
次にParfume左側にあるトンボガイド２箇所とMode文字の右側にあるトンボガイド２箇所を重ね合わせて貼り付けると正規のロゴバランスに貼ることができます。
最後にトンボガイドを全て剥がせば完成です。
また、このステッカーは水張りに対応しています。
This sticker is not a cutting sheet.
The method of making this sticker first prints clear glue a little larger than the MP logo design.
Then print the logo design in black.
This black print is for the purpose of not disturbing the operation when this sticker is put on the window glass.
Then print the basic color.
You can choose from four colors: white, black, silver and gold.
However, the letter of Japan is only red regardless of which basic color you choose.
Then print the hologram powder.
And finally the UV cut clear coat is printed.
So this sticker is made up of 6 printing layers.
By this manufacturing method, it is possible to obtain durability and to express fine logo that can not be reproduced by cutting sheet.
